Attractive Salary of offer Based in Milton - close to public transport Hybrid work from Home 3 days and Office 2 days Collections Team Leader required for leading company based in City Fringe (Close to Public Transport).This is a busy collections team that requires a proactive positive attitude and a strong work ethic.After completion of training the role will be 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home, expected working hours are Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm rotating.Managing a team of credit / collection agents your key responsibilities in the role include: Management of team members and performance outcomes Reviewing collection activities and improvements Maximise recoveries for the organisation Handle and resolve queries Recommend actions to delinquent accounts Provide exceptional customer service through building and maintaining relationships Ensure all compliance and legislation requirements are met Assisting with reporting on debtor activity Providing coverage of Collections Manager duties when Manager absent or engaged in other activities To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate: Prior Debt recovery/Collections/Credit experience preferred Prior Team Leader experience Experience is credit and/or collection strategies Ability to build relationships High attention to detail Strong negotiation, problem solving skills and communication skills Strong Excel and reporting skills required Demonstrated ability to manage a team, including coaching, performance and resource management Demonstrated experience in maintaining a large customer ledger If you are highly motivated, with a passion for effective team performance please apply now!Apply to work for this growing organisation or call Megan on 0412611190 or email ****** for further information.
