We're looking for a dynamic Account Manager or Senior Account Manager who excels in organisation, has an eye for detail, and brings a can-do attitude to every project. In this role, you'll play a critical part in delivering top-tier creative / promotional campaigns, balancing client needs, timelines, and budgets with ease.You 2- 3 years in an agency environment, ideally within creative, integrated / BTL for retail, FMCG, or beverage brands. Self-motivated with a track record of running projects independently, with the support of an experienced Account Director, Creative and Production teams Skilled in project management, budget tracking, and client relations. Deep understanding of client goals, competitors, and industry trends; always spotting new business opportunities. Positive, solution-focused, and able to build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams. Comfortable in a fast-paced setting, excelling as both a team player and independent contributor. Key Responsibilities: The primary day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring they are updated and confident in progress. Take and manage client briefs from concept through delivery, overseeing timelines, finances, and project scope. Write clear briefs and de-briefs for strategy, creative, and design teams, while honing your skills in strategic and creative proposals. Build insight into clients' brands, shoppers, and market landscape to enhance project effectiveness. Regularly report on project status, and continually seek ways to improve our approach.
