Job Description
This is a sales and customer service role that involves providing support to customers purchasing services from Dymocks Tutoring, as well as ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Key Responsibilities
* Taking customer sales calls
* Handling customer service enquiries, including assistance with enrolments and access to online systems
* General administration tasks related to sales and customer service
* Maintaining the hub locations to showcase the brand in a positive light
* Collaborating with the team to ensure effective shift management and task completion
Critical Criteria
* Genuine, friendly, and welcoming personality
* A passion for sales and meeting customer needs
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
* Current Working with Children Check or equivalent
* Proficiency in office productivity software
Deseirable Qualifications
* Proficiency in Mandarin (highly desirable)
* Previous sales and customer service experience
Work Arrangements
This casual role is available across four hubs: Parramatta, Burwood, Chatswood, and Hurstville. Both centres are located near train stations, making it accessible by public transport.
Available Shifts
You can nominate one of the following shifts when applying:
* Monday to Friday, 3 pm to 8:30 pm
* Saturday and Sunday, 8:30 am to 6 pm
* Weekday and weekend mix (e.g., Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday)
