Production Operators
We are looking for Production Operators to join our Pultrusion and Utility Poles teams at Wagners Composite Fibre Technologies (WCFT) at Wellcamp, near Toowoomba.
This is an exciting opportunity if you are looking to expand your skills and knowledge in the construction materials supply industry, with on the job training.
The Roles
Utility Poles
8 hour shifts, covering the 3 parts of producing utility poles
* Measuring, marking and drilling holes
* Painting the poles
* Attaching end caps, plaques and markings
Pultrusion
4 on 4 off, 12 hours shifts rotating days and nights
* Ensure the continuous operation of a pultrusion machine
* Conduct inspections of the machine components
* Read and operate a visual digital control screen
About You
* Experience in manufacturing and process line work
* Reliable transport and a current Driver Licence
* Able to work a rotating roster with occasional weekend work (Pultrusion)
* Mechanically minded, and able to think on your feet
* Commitment to safe work practices
* Self-motivation and a positive teamwork
