About the role
We are looking for Enrolled and Registered Nurses who have exceptional clinical skills, a commitment to patient-centred care and are enthusiastic who can work in a fast-paced environment.
Working within a multidisciplinary team you will be expected to facilitate and foster best practise and service delivery to our clients and their families. As part of a team that values leadership and excellence in healthcare you will work in first class facilities that maximises care, compassion, individual choice and quality outcomes for all clients and patients.
Skills and experience
* AHPRA registration
* Clinical knowledge and skills commensurate with experience
* Organisational skills particularly with respect to time management
* The ability to contribute and practice collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities
* Maintaining accurate availability in our electronic rostering system and accepting shifts based on availability
* Patient care for a diverse range of residents in varied care settings
* Participate in the provision of resident focused, holistic care
* Provide accurate and timely communication with the team regarding resident health status
* Documentation and updating of care plans
* Communication with residents, visitors and staff at all levels within Grampians Health
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive, resident focussed outcomes
* Participate in annual performance reviews
* Commitment to ongoing mandatory education

Nursing positions are paid in accordance with the following agreements and classifications:
* Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2020 - 2024. The classification is Registered Nurse Grade 2 is (YP3 - YP9) which ranges from $35.04 - $46.86 per hour. The classification for Midwives Grade 2 is Registered Nurse Grade 2 (YS2 - YS8) which ranges from $35.04 $46.83. The classification is Enrolled Nurse Grade 2 (IB68 - IB72) which ranges from $33.83 - $36.00 per hour.
* Victorian Public Mental Health Services Enterprise Agreement 2016-2020. The Classification for Registered Psychiatric Nurse Grade 2 is (NP11 - NP26) which ranges from $31.27 - $42.45. The classification is Enrolled Psychiatric Nurse Level 2 - is (PE21-PE23/YD22) which ranges from $35.27 - $36.84 per hour
