Join the largest insurance group in Australia and New Zealand.YOUR ROLEAs a UKG Business Analyst, you will support IAG HR and the wider business in navigating the newly implemented UKG Pro time and attendance system and delivering a seamless end-to-end service that is client-oriented and outcomes-focused.
You will work in collaboration with our HR, Payroll, and technical teams, playing a key role in creating a strategic roadmap, identifying process and software improvements, and documenting requirements.You will support users across IAG, including but not limited to the amendment of pay rules, security accesses, scheduling, and the training of new users.
Your ability to communicate and manage stakeholders will be key in engaging both users and the business to gather relevant information and understand the larger strategic roadmap for UKG Pro.This role is permanent and will be based in Gadigal Country (Sydney).Applications close on Friday 24th January at 11:59pm.ABOUT YOUA brilliant communicator, with exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, and the ability to explain complex processes and issues.Experience in time and attendance and payroll system administration (UKG / SAP).Experience mapping processes, designing and writing requirements, and presentations.Proactive with an ability to work autonomously.Proven experience working with Microsoft Office, including Advanced Excel.Experience interpreting modern awards and enterprise agreements in a large-scale organization.Tertiary qualifications in Business or Human Resources is desirable.ABOUT USIAG is the largest general insurance group in Australia and New Zealand.
