About the Role
We are seeking a Manager of Learning and Development to play a vital part of CAHS' mission to create a healthier future for the children and young peoples in our care.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the Learning and Development team, championing a high-performance culture and positive employee engagement.
* Engage across CAHS providing stakeholders with guidance and support to develop practical learning solutions.
* Take a lead role in delivering the Learning Operating Model Review, driving enhanced effectiveness and experience of learning across the CAHS workforce.
* Develop and deliver key high profile learning projects including CAHS Learning Academy, Safety Skills Mandatory Training Program and corporate training offering.
About the Organisational Development Team
The Organisational Development team play a vital role in fostering an engaged and high-performing learning organisation, through core activities of shaping and enhancing culture, building individual and team capability, ensuring workforce sustainability, supporting belonging and inclusion and enhancing employee experience and engagement.

The Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) is proud to be the leading service provider for paediatric healthcare in Western Australia.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
