This task will be accomplished through the management of the WA sales teams and close liaison with senior customer representatives.Your missionDevelopment of the Western Australia sales plan in consultation with the National Sales Manager, taking into account the business and marketing plan.Implementation of the sales plan in order to achieve sales targets.Development and maintenance of key accounts and new customers.Implementation of pricing and margin strategies.Management of the Sales team.Active participation in relevant industry associations, promotions, and key customer relationships to lift the company profile.Motivation and development of the Sales team through coaching to deliver continuous improvement.Monitoring of Sales Representative visit programs and activities, offering advice and support when required and regularly following up on training and succession plans.Implementation of L&D training plans for the sales staff in WA.Your profileDemonstrated experience in achieving sales targets, including a track record of winning and maintaining significant new business accounts.Capability of establishing long-term profitable relationships across all levels of customer organization (Regional Managers, Area Managers, Purchasing, Store Management and staff, Contractors, builders, specifiers, and architects).Strong planning and implementation skills to ensure planned outcomes are successfully achieved.Experience in the management of employees would be an advantage.Experience in servicing the electrical wholesale market, including coaching and staff development would be an advantage.Motivation to manage a team in the future with excellent communication skills.Knowledge of CRM.Strategic thinking and good analytical skills.Our offerYou can expect a position with responsibility and variety in an international and innovative environment and motivated team.
