Your new role
* Ability to produce high-quality, accurate written communications and submissions (e.g. letters, emails, forms, presentations) in a concise though comprehensive manner
* Proven experience in developing strong working relationships at all levels
* Sound planning skills with the ability to organise a heavy workload of multiple activities at any time
* Ability to conduct research and produce high-quality work outputs such as reports, spreadsheets and other documents
* Comfortable providing timely, accurate advice and recommendations on routine office administration matters
* Effective at making suggestions for improvements to existing workflows/practices
* Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Publisher
What you'll need to succeed
* CA/CPA qualification (or working towards) desired
* Experience with MYOB
* Experience within a similar role and/or engineering consultancy environment is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication skills - both verbal & written
* Ability to handle heavy workload & competing priorities
* Fast learner with the ability to acquire & apply knowledge
