Reporting to the Manager, Early Childhood & Community Programs, the Community Programs Facilitator will undertake the delivery of program initiatives and outcomes in accordance with service specifications and relevant funding contracts. Skills and Experience Educational qualifications and experience relevant to the role Experience working with children, families, communities including from disadvantaged, vulnerable and diverse backgrounds Understanding of the needs of the community to support children, young people and families to thrive Experience in early childhood or community related work Experience in delivering group programs for adults and children Excellent communication skills, networking and relationship building with a range of stakeholders Undertake data collection and complete reporting requirements First Aid Certificate and Child Protection, or willingness to achieve How Do You Apply Considered applications will require a statement addressing the above nine (9) "Skills and Experience" points and a resume including two current referees.
