You will professionally handle information requests and ensure that issues and inquiries are resolved promptly and thoroughly. The position will play an important role as part of the broader commercial team and will assist in identifying opportunities to improve existing operational models that will have a positive impact and leave a lasting impression on those who visit Werribee Park. You will work across retail operations, assisting with the administration of bookings, supporting major and minor events, and being responsible for managing and monitoring transactions.
As the customer service officer, you will be required to have an intimate understanding of and knowledge about Werribee Park and the Mansion in order to confidently educate and successfully accommodate visitors' needs. This position will also focus on living the values of Parks Victoria and will always represent the organisation professionally and responsibly.
