About the role: The Reverse Logistics Officer is responsible for managing returns of finished goods and spare parts nationally. This role will be a conduit between 3PL’s and internal departments to action all Return Authority (RA) requests and is responsible to manage collection/delivery of returns to warehouses. Duties and Responsibilities: Daily open RA report including age and status of each RA for finished goods and spare parts Reconciliation of reports from 3PL’s and internal departments and identification of any abnormalities/discrepancies Reviewing and taking action from aged cases Liaising with 3PL’s to execute/fast track collection/delivery/exchange Communicating with internal departments for failed cases (eg store can’t locate unit) as well as escalations from retailers/customers Proactive action before RA gets aged or escalated Monitoring of all returns until Good Received (GR’d) in warehouse Managing and monitoring warehouse operations in handling returns and arranging transports between warehouses About YOU: Bachelor degree in logistics and supply chain (preferable) Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills What’s in it for you?
