We're looking for a highly motivated, professional Territory Manager with strong communication skills and a proven track record in meeting sales targets to join our team. With your existing broad knowledge of dentistry, this role focuses on building relationships across private practices along with public facilities. Reporting to our Sydney based Regional Field Sales Manager, your key contacts will include dentists, specialists, hygienists, technicians, nurses and reception team members throughout this well-established territory. As the first point of contact for your customers, the role will focus on providing a high level of product support and service, from driving sales growth to identifying and generating leads for new business opportunities. Location: Melbourne, VIC (Territory covers the Northern and Western suburbs of Melbourne) Your responsibilities Achieve set budget. Acquire and maintain product knowledge. Participate in all promotional activities, conferences, lectures, exhibitions and training courses as required. Electronic database management using CRM. Service customers via customer service calls, product demonstrations and deliveries, technical support and other appropriate means to customer satisfaction. Regularly review territory for performance and appropriate call rate priority. Maintain up to date sales aids, literature, price lists, samples and demonstration items. Organize and maintain an efficient sales cycle plan. To be successful for this role you must: Have a proven track record in sales or a strong desire and aptitude for working in sales. Have previous experience in the dental industry. Present yourself in the highest standard with relation to dress and manner. Highly driven attitude and not afraid to ask for the sale. Highly organized. Valid current driver's license. Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident/ have full working rights and currently be living in Melbourne.
