From supporting Partners to ensuring smooth operations and compliance, you'll play a key role in driving impactful financial solutions.Key Responsibilities:Data Entry Management: Update information and transactions using insolvency software Turnkey IPS.Banking Operations: Process payments as required for insolvency cases and regularly review and reconcile bank transactions to maintain accurate financial records.Compliance: Prepare and lodge BAS returns, statutory compliance forms with ASIC and additional reporting as required.Support: Assist professional staff with ad hoc inquiries relating to insolvency cases and the above tasks.Collaborate with team members: Work closely with engagement teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.Experience: Background in Bookkeeping or Accounting.Accounting Knowledge: An understanding of fundamental accounting principles and practices and insolvency is desirable.Organisation: Highly organised and proactive, with an eye for detail.Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to address and resolve issues efficiently.Software Proficiency: Experience with Turnkey Insolvency Practitioner System (IPS) is advantageous but not essential.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members.Adaptability: Eagerness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.Professionalism: Uphold confidentiality and demonstrate ethical behaviour consistently.
