Role Description
This is a full time position as an Insurance Broker Assistant at New Generation Insurance Solutions Pty Ltd located in Greater Adelaide Area. As an Insurance Broker Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting insurance brokers in their daily tasks, processing insurance policies, handling client inquiries, and assisting with administrative duties. This position would suit a person who is willing to learn, study and who would like to grow with the business.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficiency in MS Office suite and processing systems
* Knowledge of insurance policies and regulations is a plus
