You'll be part of a team delivering quality services that achieve positive outcomes for clients in a supportive, proactive environment.In this role, you will provide one-on-one support to individuals with disabilities, both in their homes and within the community. You will also assist individuals in our Shared Independent Living environment. This position involves traveling between clients and working short shifts, which may include split shifts. Responsibilities may also include personal care, meal preparation, and transportation. Majority of the shifts are Monday to Friday, in addition there may be opportunities to pick up shifts in the evenings, ie sleepover shifts.
