Job Details : Job Description: Report to Operations Supervisor - NSW.Work independently in operations team to provide 24 x 7 customer focused service.Manage shipments in a timely manner.Loads, unloads packages for pickups/deliveries.Checks correctness and completeness of consignment during pickups/deliveries.Shipment allocation and consults with dispatching on best route for timely delivery/pickup.Compare material received with documentation to certify concordance or disagreement.Ensure data accuracy and process information in a timely fashion.Organise collection and delivery of customer shipments, liaising with customers, agents, carriers and other World Courier offices.Support local operations and work closely with internal and external stakeholders.Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for reception and shipment of materials.Skills and Knowledge: At least 2 years operations experience in logistics - medical, pharmaceutical and perishable.Strong international & domestic geographic knowledge.Good knowledge of dangerous goods handling, Imports and Exports processes and statutory requirements.Sound experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Demonstrated attention to detail.Excellent time management and organisational skills.Sound written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.What Cencora offers : Benefit offerings vary by country and will be aligned to local market practice.
