Key areas will include growing the team's capability in partnering with hiring managers across the business, process optimisation and improving the overall candidate experience.Your role will involve creating and promoting our employment brand in the market, driving diversity initiatives, and continuously improving the Talent Acquisition function. By fostering relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, you'll contribute to building a workforce that meets current and future demands.What You Bring: You have proven experience in leading and building recruitment teams and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies that align with organisational goals. Your expertise in building strategic partnerships and providing market insights will be crucial in attracting and retaining top talent.
