Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of 60-100 residential properties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Oversee leasing activities, including rent reviews, lease renewals, and new lease negotiations.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with property owners and tenants.
Handle administrative tasks such as report preparation, property record management, and maintenance requests.

Skills & Experience Required: Minimum 2 years experience in property management or as an assistant property manager.
Cert IV in Property Management or Sales Representative license, with current DMIRS registration.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants.
Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
A team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and alignment with company culture.
Valid drivers license.
