Administration Assistant – Carlyle Gardens Retirement Village 12 Month Fixed Term Contract – 25 hours per week RetireAustralia invites you to join our team at Carlyle Gardens Retirement Village on a part time basis as an Administration Assistant We are seeking a passionate, organised and customer focused administrator who is enthusiastic about embracing a busy, hands-on environment.
You will be responsible for ensuring all administration duties are undertaken within specific timeframes and budgets, with accuracy and in a professional manner.
This role is integral to our Village, ensuring that we are placing our residents at the centre of everything we do.
The Position Reporting to the Village Manager, you will be responsible for: Reception and general administration tasks – via face to face, phone, and electronic communication channels Updating and maintaining computerised record management and databases Liaising with key stakeholders to contribute to the success of the Village Working within established operating budgets and guidelines provided by the Village Manager Ensuring all maintenance requests and preventative maintenance are logged and completed Assisting with new and departing village admissions as well as assisting with unit resales and marketing Monitoring Work Health and Safety and ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to We're on the lookout for someone with: First Aid & CPR Certificate - current Previous experience with First Aid response will be advantageous Previous experience in a similar role – administration and customer service Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience working with older adults in a similar environment is desirable, but not essential Certificate III in Business Administration – desirable National Police Check (or ability to obtain) Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing Our benefits include the following: The wellbeing of all RetireAustralia team members is our priority and we regularly run initiatives such as safety training, wellness challenges, mental health awareness programs and a free annual flu vaccination program.
