We are seeking an experienced recruitment administrator to work alongside one of our high-performing Medical Recruitment Consultants. As a key team member, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment journey and beyond.
Gain mentorship from a top-billing recruitment consultant and work closely together delivering exceptional service, catering to the distinct personalities and preferences of Medical Specialists. This role is pivotal for fostering relationships and driving candidate generation within a lucrative specialty.

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Candidate Management - Team Lead, your day to day will see you:
Coordinate candidate credentialing, compliance, and travel logistics, including Medicare applications, hospital paperwork, and itinerary management.Regularly review upcoming placements, candidates, and vacancies to anticipate consultant needs.Coordinate task distribution with offshore support.Maintain data integrity across various systems, including database and compliance spreadsheet, keeping information current and accurate wherever possible.Providing pre and post placement care for candidates and clients prior to start date, ensuring a smooth transition into placements.Ensuring financial compliance for candidate and client-related expenses by accurately tracking and submitting invoices in a timely manner.Operating as a second point of contact for candidates and clients and provide consultant leave cover.Write and send weekly EDMs with consultants' guidanceNurture and generate candidates through talent pooling and resourcing activities Skills & Experience: Experience in a support role: Ideally within recruitment or sales industries.Technology: Proficiency in using CRM databases and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, email marketing platforms and other relevant technologies.Strong attention to detail: Ability to maintain accuracy and precision in administrative tasks, with a keen eye for detail.Dependable and discreet: Reliable and trustworthy, with the ability to handle sensitive documents discreetly and confidentially.Confident and articulate communication skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with internal and external stakeholders.Ability to manage competing priorities: Proven ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage multiple, competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Innovative and curious mindset: Willingness to embrace new ideas, seek continuous improvement, and adapt to evolving challenges.
