Finwell Support Ltd (t/a RFCS Victoria West) is a 35-year-strong, rapidly expanding regional not-for-profit dedicated to strengthening rural communities by providing business and wellbeing support to farmers and regional small business owners. Our service delivery covers western Victoria, from the south coast to Sunraysia. You can work remotely within this area (laptop and phone supplied) or from our offices.

Your Role:
This role is an opportunity to provide IT and systems support to a dynamic, purpose-driven organisation. You will be responsible for maintaining IT systems, supporting project system maintenance, and leveraging Power BI and Salesforce to improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide IT systems support, including troubleshooting and maintenance Assist with developing and implementing IT policies and procedures Maintain and improve systems supporting key business functions, with a focus on Power BI reporting and dashboards Support Salesforce system administration and process improvements (advantageous but not essential) Assist with systems maintenance for projects Ideal Candidate Attributes:
Experience with Power BI (essential) – ability to develop reports and dashboards for operational insights Salesforce experience (advantageous) – system admin or user knowledge preferred MS Teams, Sharepoint and OneDrive experience IT systems experience (desirable but not essential) Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Self-starter with strong autonomy and accountability Ability to manage the changing priorities and support a fast-moving team Salary and Conditions:
Salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 per annum (this representation is based on pro rata FTE 0.8). We are a not-for-profit ACNC registered charity with salary sacrifice packaging available.
Remote or hybrid location (offices available in Hamilton, Mildura and Bendigo).
