The Role We are currently seeking casual Pharmaceutical Pick Packers to work across a variety of shifts in our fast-paced, highly regulated warehousing environment. As a team member you will be responsible for picking & packing of items that are required & sold at chemists & medical facilities. You will need to maintain high level KPIs with attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Picking and packing pharmaceutical products accurately and efficiently Receiving and processing incoming stock Labelling and preparing orders for dispatch Operating manual handling equipment (pallet riders) in certain roles (training provided) Following strict safety, hygiene, and quality standards General warehouse cleaning and maintenance tasks Assisting with inventory checks and stock movements Locations and Shift Times Eastern Creek (6am and 7am starts) Marsden Park (10am starts) Yennora (6am, 7am and 8am starts) Greystanes - Warehouse A (6am, 7am, 8am starts) Greystanes - Warehouse B (3am, 10am, 5pm starts) Skills & Experience Previous experience in warehousing or logistics (preferred but not essential) Voice Picking experience highly regarded (preferred but not essential) RF Scanning experience highly regarded (preferred but not essential) High attention to detail and accuracy due to nature of products (medicinal/pharmaceutical goods) A strong work ethic and positive attitude Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks (lifting up to 15kg) Able to follow procedures and work as part of a team Willingness to complete medical and Police check Must have full working rights in Australia Benefits Casual work with flexible shifts: morning and afternoon options available On-the-job training and ongoing support Clean, modern facilities with strong safety practices Be part of a friendly, supportive team Work that directly contributes to community health and wellbeing Opportunities for long-term or permanent roles for the right candidates About Toll People Toll People are Australia's most recognised provider of Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain and Warehouse staff.
