Remuneration:
As a Service Advisor, you will enjoy a competitive base salary, that will be negotiable, depending on your experience and qualifications. In addition to your base salary, there is an opportunity to earn an attractive On-Target Earning.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will serve as a crucial link between their valued customers and their talented service team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service by understanding their needs, recommending appropriate services, and coordinating the maintenance and repairs of their vehicles. You will also handle inquiries, provide accurate estimates, and ensure timely communication throughout the service process. With approximately 15 retail Repair Orders (ROs) per day, you will have the opportunity to engage with a diverse range of customers and contribute to their satisfaction.
