Senior Software Systems AdministratorDCS Clerk Grade 9/10 starting from $125,693 - $138,510 base + superOngoing, full-time opportunityPrimarily in office – minimum 3 days per weekThis role sits within the Enterprise and Information Platforms Directorate, in the Corporate Solutions Team.About the teamAre you interested in joining a brand-new, gradually expanding and game-changing team within DCS Corporate Solutions, who are starting a cross-sector plan to support DCS agencies to get the best out of Atlassian Products?This role will be part of a small team of motivated and innovative people who will all be jointly participating in the Organisational Administration and Support of Atlassian Products for all DCS Agencies.Your day-to-dayEnsuring the DCS Atlassian community are actively engaging with us through a central portal, to either self-serve via continuously updated content or log a request with us. It is an exciting chance to not only work efficiently as a team, but to also demonstrate and help people learn how efficiently an Atlassian product can be used.Collaborate with users and action their requests, which will include organisational administration requests. This provides the opportunity to build your product knowledge even further, including its application to unique situations.Proactively ensure all tasks required to manage our licensing are regularly undertaken, so that we are working in well with our finance cost and recovery model. This may also include assistance with procurement activities.Documentation and content management: Identify and convert common queries into self-service and quality content on the channel.Work with the team to develop insight on:analytics of service operationguardrails and governancebest practice usage examples from DCS Agencies that can be shared with othersOther platform management activities including trend and problem identification and solving and helping agencies with changes within the platform.Factor in Cyber Security and Data Privacy in decision making.Take on ad-hoc stretch initiatives.To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:Prior experience as an Organisational Administrator of Atlassian Products.Atlassian Uni qualifications or extensive experience with Atlassian Products.Experienced IT Professional with IT degree qualifications.Customer focused, great communicator, people-oriented and proactive.Focused on efficiency, continuous improvement, innovation and with a growth mindset.A team-player who wants to contribute and be part of a highly motivated team, who really want to move the dial and create a positive impact every day for customers and also celebrate success.What we need from you:Your application should include a cover letter expressing your interest along with an up-to-date resume of no more than five pages which clearly details your skills and experience as relevant to this role.
