Working collaboratively with staff, parents and students to develop and promote a culture of high expectations through whole school positive values-based behavioural systems is highly desirable. You will ideally have the ability to develop strong relationships and an affinity with students, staff and parents in an open and approachable manner. An ability to autonomously facilitate operational projects would also be highly regarded.Suitable applicants should be able to display their ability to lead, manage and monitor the continuous school improvement cycle and drive the enhancement of high-quality teaching and learning in every classroom of the school. They should be committed to a model of consultative, collaborative and instructional leadership.
