Position summary:
A wonderful opportunity has been created in an OD team.
Our client is a national transport and distribution company with a strong capital city and regional network.
This role will report to the OD manager, working closely with the L&D team and Executives.
Tullamarine location, 2 days wfh and work hour flexibility.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead and implement talent and succession program.
* Create leadership competency that form the bedrock of leadership growth within the organization.
* Establish OD tools to guide staff and managers in achieving strategic priorities.
* Leverage workforce analytics and industry to forecast skill requisition of critical roles and elevate future workforce capabilities.
Requirements:
* Min 3 years of experience in the same field.
* Able to work autonomously and with a team.
* Preferred qualification in HR or Organizational psychology or related field.
This role is perfect for someone with creative flair and excited about best practice.
