The key focus of this role is to provide efficient and accurate administration support and cover reception relief. More specifically, you will:Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholdersSupport the Operations teams with administrative tasks including managing all form 21s and relevant certificates required for building completionManage all reports ordering with external contractorsDocument management (accurate and timely scanning/photocopying and filing)Workflow co-ordinationSupport the receptionist by being a relief receptionist during lunch and other breaksAbout youYou will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger.
