You will be responsible for the creation and execution of our educational programs that support the overall wellbeing, growth, and education of young children.Key Responsibilities:Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all timesCreate, develop and implement high quality and engaging educational programsFacilitate play-based learning environments that are responsive to children's interest, strengths, and abilitiesObserving and documenting children's progress and developmentFostering positive relationships with children, families and the communityDevelop and participate in a variety of community projects and initiativesBe part of a collaborative teaching and interactive learning environmentAbout you:You are a creative and inspired Early Childhood Teacher with a passion to lead and develop high quality age specific programs and daily routines.
