As a Training Officer, you will: Deliver face-to-face training sessions to internal and external clients. Conduct assessments, mark student assignments, provide timely and constructive feedback, and ensure learning outcomes are achieved. Tailor and deliver accredited qualifications (Certificate III and IV) and non-accredited courses to meet learner and industry needs. Monitor and support learners in workplace settings, offering feedback to enhance their performance. Maintain accurate records and uphold compliance with the "Standards for RTOs 2015" and organisational policies. Collaborate on the development of training and assessment strategies to drive continuous improvement. Key Skills and Qualifications Experience : Aged care, disability, community services, or health sectors (minimum 3 years). Knowledge : Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) and training best practices. Certification : Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE).
