YOU | As a Relationship Manager, you will develop and maintain credible, long-term relationships with the community, industry and referral partners, as well as facilitating positive customer experiences and outcomes. You will display high levels of professionalism and credibility within the Agribusiness Banking industry and be well-equipped to navigate the opportunities and challenges facing Australian regional businesses. Ideally you will also possess:
• Experience in a similar Agribusiness Banking or Senior Relationship Management role
• Ability to build rapport with an understanding of Business Development strategies
• Ability to network effectively and maintain good professional working relationships with a range of stakeholders
THE ROLE | In this role you will handle a key portfolio of Agribusiness banking clients and work closely with a variety of stakeholders both within and outside of the business to deliver superior customer experiences and outcomes. You will be an experienced Agribusiness Banker familiar with complex lending and display an end-to-end relationship style skill set and an ambitious nature.
