Position overviewThe Enquiry Team Leader reports to the Associate Director Future Students, Domestic. They lead the team who will be the first point of contact for future student enquiries and will ensure phone, email, web or live chat enquiries. The Enquiry Team Leader will provide high quality advice on a wide range of future student experience activities, policies, procedures and guidelines and assist with the coordination of future student initiatives to support the achievement of the University’s strategic goals. They will work closely with other members of the Future Student Experience team and with the relevant Central Divisions and Colleges, liaising with and providing services and advice to a wide variety of stakeholders.
