The Team: North Tasmanian Pathology Services (NTPS) provides Pathology services to Launceston General Hospital and the Northern regions of Tasmania. We are the only public pathology service operating in North Tasmania. Salary: Specialist Medical Practitioner Level 1- Senior Specialist Medical Practitioner Level 3 $210,000 - $310,349 per annum 11.5% superannuation access to salary packaging Please note that access to the Senior Specialist Medical Practitioner salary range $291,472 -$301,349 is subject to the successful applicant satisfying the criteria for Senior Specialist Medical Practitioner Level 1, 2 or 3 as outlined in the Medical Practitioners (Tasmanian State Service) Award Salary range is in accordance with Medical Practitioners Agreement 2022 In addition, the following allowances calculated on the salaried incremental point may be available: Provision of a fully maintained private plated motor vehicle or motor vehicle allowance of $28,389 per annum Continuing Professional Development Allowance of $16,480 per annum Relocation and commencement support available up to $15,000 for approved appointees Participation in Private Practice Scheme 35% or allowance in lieu of private practice schemes 35% Salary packaging options include a range of benefits like living expenses up to $9,010 and $2,650 in meals and entertainment every year Excellent leave benefits: 20 days annual leave (pro rata), 20 days personal leave (pro rata), and study assistance leave if eligible.
