ABOUT THE ROLE We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Officer to join our head office in Banyo, QLD. This opportunity is a 12 Month Maximum term Position, working 38 hours per week, with the opportunity to work from home 2 days per week. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Accounts Officer is responsible for a range of general administrative and accounting support duties. This role is primarily focussing on assisting with monthly supplier statement reconciliations, entering invoices, receipts, credit notes, and maintaining records to ensure successful outcome for the business and Repairhub customers. ABOUT YOUThe ideal candidate will require a minimum of 2 year's experience in a similar accounts position, and possess the following skills and attributes: Ability to build good relationships with vendors and suppliers Ability to prioritise and multi-task High level of data entry accuracy and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communications skills Ability to work as part of a broader team Good software skills including Excel, Word WORKING AT REPAIRHUB Our teams love working at Repairhub, and we think you will too!
