What you can expect in a day in the role:
Working alongside our professional kitchen team and reporting to the Head Chef, you will have the opportunity to showcase your talent across our diverse culinary outlets:
1. Food preparation
2. Maintaining Kitchen Cleanliness
3. Assist Senior Chefs
4. Assisting with inventory management
5. Working across multiple kitchens within Country Club including the Terrace Restaurant, Links Restaurant, Watergarden, Boulters Pizzeria, Bar and Grill, and with Conference events
What you will bring to the role:
A successful candidate will have a team approach, excellent communication and a positive attitude along with the following:
6. Trade level qualification in commercial cookery
7. A desire to deliver quality food
8. Effective time management with the ability to plan and understand tasks
9. Strong attendant to detail
10. Excellent availability across a 7 day roster
A successful candidate appointed to this role may be subject to pre-employment and ongoing screening.
