The business prides itself on its ability to continuously improve, and you will be helping a cross-functional team in their CI and Lean endeavours.Quality Engineer Role ResponsibilitiesHelp in the implementation and maintenance of the QMS to ISO 9001:2015 standards.Assist in the management of all aspects of NPI and NPD.Lead programmes to assess quality performance (or cost-of-quality) using statistical and analytical methods.Develop, maintain and improve customer relationships.Act as a point of contact for statutory, regulatory and certification bodies.Leading the implementation of Statistical Process.Apply continuous improvement and key lean manufacturing/production principles and techniques to critical areas of production, leading kaizen events and advising personnel.Quality Engineer Candidate RequirementsInternal Auditor ISO 9001 - preferable.Good working knowledge and experience of using problem-solving techniques: 8D, A3, Ishikawa, 5 Whys etc.A Six Sigma qualification is a distinct advantage.Three years of experience in Quality Assurance or similar role.Quality Engineer Hours And Benefits37.5 hours Monday to Friday with Friday being a half day.10% Bonus.25 Days holiday plus bank holidays.Industry Leading pension scheme paying up to 15%.If you are looking to join a forward-thinking business that values its colleagues then click apply now and start your application!
