Deliver HR and OHS training and education to staff. Respond to and manage incidents, ensuring thorough documentation and right to work. Update and manage the HRIS systems Collaborate with all managers on L&D, training, and recruitment. Use Definitiv for data management and reporting The Successful Applicant A successful OHS & HR Advisor should have: Experience in a similar role HR and/or OHS role. Strong knowledge of Australian OHS regulations. Proficiency in using Definitiv for data management and reporting. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver training and advice.
