You’ll work closely with the Site Supervisor to keep things running smoothly, and your experience in subdivisions and earthworks will help you get the job done right. DUTIES. Lead your team on-site, making sure tasks are done safely and efficiently. Keep track of materials and equipment to make sure everything is in place when needed. Work with the Site Supervisor to meet project deadlines and maintain safety standards. Monitor the quality of work to ensure it meets project specifications. Help solve any issues that come up on-site. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE. Previous experience working in civil construction, particularly on subdivisions and earthworks projects. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well with a team. Good communication skills to work with your team and site management.
