Our Client We are working with an Australian Federal Government agency who are undergoing a large transformation program, replacing a legacy system with a modern solution. Responsibilities Leading the business analysis activities in pre-discovery, discovery and design and delivery Plan and document user interviews, understand and document both high level and detailed business problems, and analyse root causes Design and facilitate workshops and interviews that include a variety of internal and external stakeholders across all levels Managing stakeholder groups to develop a partnership with the business and foster a productive working environment Transform defined business needs into outcomes and problem statements for large scale Government applications and complex systems About you Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst Excellent communication skills, with the ability to act as a translator between business and technical terminology Self starter, and able to work well in ambiguous environments Experienced working in .Net, and ServiceNow enviromments Please note, only those candidates with Australian Citizenship and Baseline Clearance will be contacted for this role If this sounds like you, please apply below
