Job DescriptionProject Electrical Engineer – Digital PowerSCADA / Modbus / PLCSydney (Hybrid Work Environment)Must have full working rights in AU to be considered for this roleMost Sustainable Company in the World, TIME Magazine 2024LP Gender-Equality Index (GEI), BloombergInclusive Employer, Diversity Council AustraliaWorld's Most Admired Companies, Fortune MagazineMost Sustainable Corporation, Corporate KnightsAre you inspired by creating change for a more sustainable world powered by clean energy?We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to join the Digital Power team as a Project Engineer in our Sydney office.The Project Engineer will be responsible for the design, configuration, and testing of electrical SCADA.To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in designing and commissioning SCADA and metering systems, including measurement devices, communication devices, software applications, database, and database reporting applications.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for design, configuration, and testing of electrical SCADA.Follow engineering processes and project deliverables in line with the project plan.Be technically responsible in the project delivery cycle from documentation preparation, support to order the correct hardware and software, configuration, testing (internal validation, factory testing, integrated testing, site acceptance, commissioning, and support once the system is operational).Liaise with other members of a multidisciplinary team to specify, design, and test the project, whilst meeting the required technical standards.Support the project manager to control projects effectively in terms of budgeted profitability, planning, financial control, and general reporting (internal/external).Ensure agreements with customers for material/documentation lead times, delivery, reliability, and quality are achieved within the budgetary constraints agreed within the unit.
