We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Commercial Property Manager to join our team at Century 21 Commercial Hervey Bay in Hervey Bay, Queensland. This can be a full-time or part-time role, offering the flexibility to balance your work and personal commitments.What you'll be doing Managing a portfolio of commercial properties, including office spaces, retail premises and industrial facilities.Conducting regular property inspections and liaising with tenants to ensure properties are well-maintained.Negotiating and preparing lease agreements, rent reviews and renewals.Handling tenant enquiries and resolving any issues that arise.Coordinating property maintenance and repairs, and overseeing contractors.Ensuring all relevant laws, regulations and safety standards are adhered to.Providing detailed reports and recommendations to owners regarding property performance.What we're looking for Proven experience in administration, with a sound understanding of accounting/legal principles or management experience an advantage.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants and owners.Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to handle complex tenant matters.Proficient in using various software and technology.A passion for providing exceptional customer service and achieving optimal results for clients.Highly organised and excellent attention to detail.Team player with a positive attitude.Hold a current driver's licence and own a reliable vehicle.What we offer At Century 21 Commercial Hervey Bay, we are committed to providing a supportive and encouraging work environment.
