Eurocold is currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Truck Sales Consultant to join our growing team. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will advise clients on the selection, purchase, and customisation of refrigerated trucks, ensuring each vehicle meets their specific needs and expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Consult with both internal and external customers to understand their refrigerated transport needs and provide tailored solutions.
2. Advise clients on the selection of refrigerated trucks, considering factors like payload, cubic capacity, temperature control, fuel efficiency, and budget.
3. Drive the sales of new and ex-fleet trucks, ensuring that customer requirements are met.
4. Coordinate with Eurocold’s production team to ensure orders are produced to meet client specifications.
5. Manage the delivery of truck sales, including arranging Letters of Authority (LOA), sign writing, transport, and delivery logistics.
6. Provide ongoing support to clients, including assistance with repairs and warranty claims.
7. Collaborate with Eurocold’s regional teams in QLD, NSW, VIC, and WA to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong rapport with both clients and colleagues.
2. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
4. A mindset for continuous improvement, seeking opportunities to enhance processes within the sales division and across the business.
5. Adaptable with systems, including intermediate skills in Excel and confidence in using ‘software as a service’ (SaaS) platforms.
6. Proven experience in the truck industry, construction equipment, finance/fleet management, or a similar technical field, with a preference for experience in refrigerated transport.
7. Strong knowledge of truck specifications, features, and capabilities.
