What you'll do At MAX, we're on the lookout for an eager, positive, self-starter to join our dynamic Technical Services Team on a short-term contract.
You will provide on-site remedial and preventative services on a wide range of electro-mechanical devices, focusing on excellent service delivery and positive customer relationships.
Key Accountabilities: Service, maintain and install gaming equipment located within our Venues, Clubs and Pubs Efficiently prioritise and manage work schedules to achieve the best outcomes for both the customer and the business to achieve SLA Targets.
Be available to work a 4 weekly rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays What you'll bring Prior experience in a similar role servicing electronic equipment and a keen interest in electronics An eye for detail and an ability to diagnose and problem solve technical issues Ability to work independently with strong customer service and ability to communicate effectively Ability to undertake the physical demands required of the role Ability to adapt to changing schedules and complete assignments within the expected timeframes Integrity, respect, honesty and a can-do attitude A minimum of a Certificate II in Electronics or similar, or relevant industry experience will be highly regarded Electrical safety knowledge A current, full driver's license Willing to obtain, and maintain, applicable gaming and/or other licenses as required Knowledge of gaming machine repairs would be an advantage What you'll get Tool of trade vehicle, phone and laptop included Training and support provided A multitude of leave types including cultural leave, volunteer leave, flexi leave and 18 weeks' parental leave for all new parents Organised motivational, educational, and informative speakers and sessions Access to a comprehensive health and wellbeing app and our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Commitment to Inclusion and Diversity with annual Inclusion Month celebrations and our Gender Affirmation Statement of Support About Us Tabcorp is Australia's leading gambling entertainment company.
