Your new role
Sale Location | Part-time | Ongoing role
* Oversee building maintenance schedules and respond to urgent maintenance.
* Manage relationships with external vendors and assist with the review of vendor costs and purchase orders prior to works.
* Welcome visitors professionally and ensure safety protocols are followed.
* Manage office stationery and pantry supplies.
* Collect and distribute mail.
* Conduct monthly facility inspections and report issues.
* Handle confidential waste and document archiving.
* Ensure all health and safety standards are met.
What you'll need to succeed
* Demonstrated experience in a similar facilities' coordinator/officer role
* Ability to work independently
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and contractors.
* You will have to pass a national police check and employment history checks to be successful.
