Job DescriptionBased in Perth Airport, WAPermanent Full-time PositionSalary: $70k - $76kSGS Inspection Division is looking for an experienced team leader to perform in-service inspection of pressure equipment including boilers, pressure vessels, pressure piping, storage tanks and associated equipment as per the applicable code and client requirements.
Responsibilities are included but not limited to:
Provide leadership and direction to the I&E Industrial Inspections and DEI divisions in Western Australia.Provide HSE leadership to the I&E INDUSTRIAL INSPECTIONS AND DEI divisions, ensuring that a zero harm-culture is facilitated throughout the business, acting swiftly in cases of non-compliance.Maintain and improve the safety performance of I&E INDUSTRIAL INSPECTIONS AND DEI divisions in Western Australia.Visit all key customers, maintain relationships and deliver new opportunities.Ensure the best quality of execution.Operate to the highest standards of ethics, in accordance with the SGS Statement of Integrity.Lead, coach and develop a business-oriented team.Be compliant to all SGS QHSE and HR policies and procedures.At all times, comply with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct.QualificationsSuitable candidates will have:
Plant Inspector / Pressure Vessel Inspector holding either a API-510 or AICIP Certification.API-653 Certification.NDT Certification ISO-9712 (desirable)Working knowledge and experience in relevant industry (mining refinery resources) with exposure to heavy industrial/process/mining plant.Ability to demonstrate knowledge of relevant legislation, codes and standards associated with the in-service inspection of pressure systems, plant and equipment.Develop Self and Others.Collaborates Effectively.Leads in Uncertainty.Delivers Superior Results.Demonstrable experience in Leadership position.Sound Management of Change and project management experience.Demonstrable experience in business management.Additional InformationWHY WORK FOR SGS?
