A rare opportunity and position exists for a Service Manager in our growing and well-established multi-franchise dealership in the Wide Bay area.This individual must be self-driven and motivated, with the desire to lead the department and its staff to further and long-lasting success.Duties and ResponsibilitiesOversee and be directly responsible for the day-to-day running of a growing multi-franchise service operation.Manage the department staff in a professional and respectful manner and be the example to the staff under your control.Be responsible for and be able to create strategies to not only achieve, but exceed the responsibility set monthly budgets.Have a constant focus on customer satisfaction and have a firm understanding of its importance and value in the business and the manufacturer.Be a motivator and be driven to succeed.Maximize all daily sales and profit opportunities.Be able to manage data and record correctly.Strive to build the business and customer base.Liaise with the Factory in a professional manner and ensure guidelines are followed.Experience and Skills RequiredExperience in either a current or past service manager's role or assistant service manager's role.A high level of customer service skills is a must.Knowledge of dealership management systems preferred.Must always be customer-focused and set the standards.Be reliable.Have sound staff handling skills.
