About the Role:
This role reports to the Talent Acquisition and Pathways Manager and sits in our Employee Experience Team who lead recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and engagement of our workforce.
* Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide guidance on effective recruitment strategies.
* Oversee, organise and conduct selection processes including phone screening, interviews and other relevant candidate assessments.
* Manage the end-to-end candidate journey to ensure a positive experience is achieved.
* Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback on candidate suitability.
* Conduct reference and background checks on selected candidates, including facilitation of pre-employment screening such as medicals.

* Exposure to end-to-end recruiting processes that include resume review, phone screening, interviews, and reference checking (we use Referoo).
* Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* The ability to give candidates a positive and humanistic experience, by nurturing them through a recruitment process.
* Experience in using an ATS, CRM, or HR system (LinkedIn Recruiter is a bonus).
* High level of accuracy with your administration skills to support booking interviews in multiple diaries, posting job ads, calculating salary information, and preparing offer letters.

Details:
This role can be based in either Hobart, Devonport or Launceston and attracts a salary of $85,000 - $89,000 (inclusive of superannuation), negotiable dependent on experience.
