About the role SHAPE has been in the Geelong market for many years, and we are thrilled to be expanding our footprint and with local team on the ground. We are seeking a Regional Manager to join us on this journey, forming and leading a team. As a Regional Manager, you will work alongside our Victorian leadership team to manage the safe, profitable, timely and high-quality delivery of projects.
