About the role The Installation Scheduler, Customer Service Representative is a Full-Time position, based at Welshpool, WA. Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader you will provide excellence in customer service through the provision of accurate and prompt order and stock management to service both external and internal customers. In this role you will : Pro-actively communicate with Site supervisors, Account managers and Managers on customer issues or matters that require their attention or support. Answer inbound customer calls and respond in a timely manner. Provide prompt and accurate data entry into SAP. Manage the returns process within established guidelines. Processing orders promptly and accurately. Providing sales and support using your product knowledge. Keeping customers updated and informing them of order updates. Other general administration required. Your hours of work: Monday to Friday –7am-3pm or 8am-4pm (Rotational). What you bring to the role Have enthusiasm with exceptional communication skills.
