With a recent significant investment from Seven West Media, our team is expanding and our business is growing, and that’s where you come in. We are seeking a personable, organised and motivated junior Lawyer to join our fast-growing team. You will work with, and learn from, Willed Law’s Head of Legal and senior lawyers to help take this area of our business to the next level. There is no need or expectation for you to bring or source clients, as the firm has a significant lead and enquiry base. Your varied role will include: Preparing applications for grants of Probate and Letters of Administration for various states and jurisdictions in Australia Answering inbound sales calls Administrative duties and office assistance as required Attending to ad-hoc customer enquiries This position is Full-Time and based in Gardenvale, Victoria. About You You are an excellent communicator and a team player who is ready to make this role your own. You want to be a true ambassador of the Willed brand. It is essential that you have: A willingness to learn and a positive, can-do attitude, with excellent attention to detail and sound organisational skills A desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong telephone skills and ability to communicate with various stakeholders Some office or administrative experience Admitted to legal practice in Victoria and/or immediately eligible to apply for a practicing certificate in Victoria It is preferred that you have: Some experience in the legal industry Experience in the areas of Wills and Estates will be highly considered Knowledge or experience with PEXA and the Supreme Court Red Crest Probate system Please note that this role is not suitable for candidates who have yet to complete their PLT.
